• The tool selection form opens your email program. Toolsnacks does not receive the entered information unless you send the email.
• The vendor registration form opens your email program. Toolsnacks does not receive the entered information unless you send the email.
• The hosting provider may process technical request data required to deliver and secure the website.

Analytics and external links

• Google Analytics is loaded only after you actively allow analytics. We use it to understand page visits, traffic sources and interactions with the Tool Finder, Tool Radar and vendor links.
• Advertising signals and ad-personalisation signals are disabled. Your choice is stored locally in your browser.
• Links to vendor websites and Jobsnacks lead to external services whose own privacy information applies.

When you request a tool selection, we store the email address, role, stated focus and relevant Finder or shortlist context in Airtable so we can respond to the request.
